Frederick Packaging, Inc. started in September 1975. Jerry Frederick (far right), now the semi-retired former owner, had humble beginnings in the basement office of his home. Six kids roamed the main and top floors, so Jerry set up office in the lower level. His wife Dorothy, served as his able assistant and bookkeeper for many of those first few years.
